| | PREVENTATIVE AIRBORNE INFECTION SPREAD
| POLICY: | ANHO Preventative Airborne Infection Spread
| | PURPOSE: | To protect visitors, students, staff, & faculty from contracting and/or spreading the airborne infection caused by Corona Virus/COVID-19. |
Preventative measures to be adhered to:
- Professional cleaning and sanitizing of school, and school bathrooms twice a day.
- Do not congregate in atrium, public spaces, parking lot, clinical areas, break areas, and lobby - Leave the building or clinical area immediately.
- Wear masks, and use protective sneeze guards on desks. Do not use other person’s desks or telephones until sanitized.
- If fever or ill, stay home. Do not enter, and follow CDC quarantine rules if applicable.
- Use hand sanitizers when entering and leaving each room/area, and after contact with persons or equipment.
- Frequently wash hands for at least 20 seconds.
- Follow CDC Guidelines for an exposure
- Avoid face to face meetings – use teleconferences instead or text messaging.
- Clean each classroom, & office of any clutter or materials left on surfaces, so that sanitization may clean surfaces, & clutter will not carry virus particles.
