However, if the student doesn’t meet satisfactory progress standards at the end of the warning term he/she is terminated and is deemed ineligible to receive any further Title IV funding. If appealed, and unusual and/or extenuating circumstances such as military duty, jury duty, immediate family bereavement exist, are documented, and are approved by the Academic Dean, warning may be extended for one more payment period.
